RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Rosabella The Label your experience comes before everything. Every garment of our collection is carefully selected to make you feel extraordinary. If an item does not fully satisfy your expectations, you can return it within 30 days from the receipt. Once your return request has been registered, you will have another 7 days of time to send the package back to us. After the receipt and the approval of the return, we will refund you quickly the amount of the purchase, including the original shipping costs. The shipping costs for the return are at the customer’s charge.

The amount of the purchase will be credited to your account within five working days from the receipt of the return package.

Easy return in 4 steps

Step 1: Contact us
Send an e-mail to Info@rosabellathelabel.com and let us know that you wish to return the product (you may also indicate the reason, but it is not mandatory).

Step 2: Fill in the return form
We will send you a return form via e-mail. Fill it in every part and insert it in the package together with the product you wish to return.

Step 3: Ship your order
Ship the items together with the completed return form to the address indicated in the form. Always add a Track & Trace code to your package. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment – in this way we avoid misunderstandings.

Step 4: Receive the refund
As soon as we have received and checked the package, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within five working days.
