Free Shipping

At Rosabella The Label we offer free shipping in Italy, in the rest of Europe and in the United States, regardless of the value of the order. All taxes and duties are already included in the price – you will never have hidden costs or surprises at checkout.

Processing and Shipping Times

Some of our items are handmade and are produced at the moment of the order. For these products the average processing time is 5 working days.

Once ready, the fulfilment phase requires an additional 1–3 working days before shipping.

The delivery times depend on your location and on the courier. The majority of orders is delivered within 4–7 working days after the processing. We remind you that Rosabella The Label is not responsible for any shipments that require more time than expected once handed to the courier.

Track Your Order

You will receive an e-mail as soon as your package has been shipped. You will be able to follow the order through the tracking link provided. The tracking updates are not always updated daily – it is normal. If after 5 days there are no updates, we invite you to contact us.

Sale Items

During sale periods or in times of high demand, the processing and shipping times can be longer. This is considered a case of force majeure and does not depend on us, but we will always do our best to process and ship your order in the shortest possible time.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. For orders outside the EU and the United States, customs duties, taxes or import costs may be applied depending on the destination country. These costs are always at the customer’s expense. We also remind you that Rosabella The Label is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.

Important Information

We ask you to carefully check the shipping address before placing the order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or the failed delivery of the package.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it will no longer be possible to make changes.
